This Privacy Policy explains how SimOn ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you purchase and use eSIM services powered by eSIM Go technology.

We collect minimal data necessary for eSIM provisioning, such as email for delivery and technical device identifiers. Depending on your use of our Mini App and web interfaces, we may also process:
- Basic contact details (such as email address) for order confirmation and support;
- Technical device identifiers and network information required to provision and manage eSIM profiles;
- Telegram ID when you interact with SimOn via Telegram Mini App, used as your primary identifier in that channel.
SimOn does not store financial credentials. All crypto and card payments are processed via authorized providers (e.g., NOWPayments) in accordance with their own security and compliance standards.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provision and manage eSIM profiles and connectivity services;
- Identify you in our Telegram Mini App using your Telegram ID and link it to your orders;
- Comply with telecom and financial regulations in relevant jurisdictions;
- Provide customer support and handle service-related communications.

We may share necessary data with:
- Our eSIM infrastructure partner eSIM Go, solely for service provisioning and regulatory compliance;
- Payment providers processing your crypto and card transactions (e.g., NOWPayments);

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations (including telecom retention rules), and resolve disputes.
