Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SimOn eSIM services ("Services") provided as an authorized reseller of eSIM connectivity powered by eSIM Go technology.

1. Service Description

SimOn enables you to purchase and activate eSIM data plans in multiple countries and regions. The underlying network connectivity is delivered by partner carriers and eSIM Go infrastructure, and coverage or quality may vary by location and device.

2. Eligibility & KYC

To comply with telecom and anti-fraud regulations, you may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before activation. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and understand that failure to do so may result in refusal, suspension, or termination of Services.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including local telecom rules in the country of use. You must not misuse the Services for unlawful activities, spamming, or attempts to compromise network security.

4. Payments & Charges

All prices for eSIM data plans are displayed before purchase. By confirming a purchase, you authorize us or our payment partners to charge the indicated amount. Additional roaming restrictions or fair use policies may apply depending on the selected plan.

The primary billing currency for SimOn Services is United States Dollar (USD). Where amounts are shown in other currencies, they are for convenience only and may be subject to exchange rate variation applied by your payment provider.

5. No Guarantees of Coverage

While we strive to provide reliable connectivity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific speeds. Network availability depends on local carriers, device compatibility, and other external factors beyond our direct control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimOn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected eSIM plan.

7. Finality of Transactions

All transactions are final. Once the eSIM is provisioned, the user is responsible for its activation on a compatible device in accordance with the instructions provided.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, or our service model. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised "Last updated" date.
